Use It Wins Gold in the Eco-Logic Awards 2020

The Eco-logic Awards, hosted by Enviropaedia are annually awarded across 12 categories, which highlight ecologically beneficial products, services and people who are taking effective action and making a positive contribution to protect and preserve the environment.

Use-It is proud to annouce winning the Gold award in the Eco-Build category for the construction of our Hammarsdale Waste Beneficiation Centre.

Use-It produced a fully green building development, using the Compressed Earth Blocks (Rambrick) as the main building material of the waste beneficiation centre. Other green elements for the project included full rain-water harvesting, storm-water collection systems, energy efficient hot water systems. We also constructed a bioswale on site to naturally purify run off water.
